I’ve been using Eureka for a little while now, and I actually find myself getting into the surveys more than I do on other sites. It’s not perfect, and there are still a few little things that could be better, but overall I’ve had a good experience. My take: it’s definitely worth trying if you like doing surveys.

"Finally, a Survey Site That Doesn’t Waste My Time"
I’ve been using eureka for a little while now, the screenouts feel a lot fairer than most other survey sites. I get impatient fast when I answer a bunch of questions just to get kicked out, but with eureka, if I’m not a match, they usually let me know quickly. Not every survey is going to work out, obviously, but at least I don’t feel like I’m being dragged along for no reason. Solid experience overall, easy 5 stars from me.

So... I tried to verify my account and it just kept failing without really telling me why. I uploaded everything they asked for, waited around, and then somehow ended up stuck again. Support didn’t really help much either, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. it felt like a total waste of time.

"Payouts have been reliable"
I’ve been using Eureka for a bit now, and the payouts have shown up when they said they would. It’s not a ton of money, but I do appreciate not having to chase anyone down for it, because I usually don’t have much faith in customer service actually fixing things if something goes wrong. Some surveys do kick me out partway through, which gets old fast, but the cash-out side has been solid for me so far. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Mostly good matches, but the communication is frustrating"
The matches are usually accurate, so I’ll give them credit for that. Most of the time, I feel like the suggestions make sense. But the communication around how it all works could be a lot clearer. I’ve had moments where I wasn’t sure why certain matches were showing up or what I was supposed to do next, and that gets annoying fast. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do, but they really need to explain things better.

"Decent, but the site can be frustrating"
I like the idea of the site and it’s easy to use when it’s working, but it keeps freezing when I’m trying to finish things. Pages can be slow to load, and a few times my answers didn’t save, which is annoying. It has potential, but the glitches make the experience harder than it needs to be.

"Cashout was more confusing than it should’ve been"
I tried to redeem my cashout, but the steps were confusing. A couple of the instructions didn’t really line up with what I was seeing on the screen, so I kept second-guessing whether I was doing it right. It felt like something that should’ve taken a minute ended up taking way longer than expected.

My account got suspended and I thought I was done. Support got back to me and explained what happened then looked into it again. It actually felt fair and not like some random decision. Took a bit of time but they sorted it out and I’m back in now. 5 stars from me.

Just a warning to anyone thinking about getting this: make sure it’s actually available where you live before you waste your time or money. I found out after the fact that I can’t even use it in my area, which is really frustrating

I kind of expected the cashout options to be a little limited, and that’s exactly what I noticed once I started using it. Everything else was fine, but I really wish they had more ways to cash out. That would make the experience a lot better for me

"Rewards are decent, but nothing special"
Eureka is fine if you’re just trying to make a little extra money here and there in your spare time. For some reason, a few surveys feel worth it, but then others seem to take way longer than they should for the amount they pay.
I did actually get paid, so I can’t complain too much about that part. I just wish the rewards were a bit better overall. It’s not a bad app, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing either.

"Support was a total waste of time"
I reached out to support a few different times and basically got nowhere for days. By the time they finally answered, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve the problem. it was so frustrating because I only needed help with something simple, and I wasted way too much energy chasing them for an actual response. I wouldn’t use this again unless their support seriously improves

"Notifications are kind of hit or miss"
Eureka is okay overall, but the notifications are literally hit or miss for me. Some are actually useful and match what I’m looking for, but others feel random or like too much. It’s not bad, I just wish they were a bit more relevant.

I used Eureka and it was fine, nothing too crazy. The site is easy enough to move around and most things worked how I expected. A few parts felt kinda slow or a little confusing tho, so I had to double check stuff here and there. Not bad at all, just feels like it could be a bit smoother...

I tried using eureka, but it just didn’t feel very legit to me. There were too many confusing steps, and I kept wondering if I was missing something or if it was actually supposed to work that way. I didn’t feel comfortable putting in more of my info, because I wasn’t sure what was real and what wasn’t. Maybe it was just me, but I wouldn’t bother trying it again.

"Takes Way Longer Than It Says"
It says 5 minutes, but like I said, it ended up taking closer to 20. Like I said, not the end of the world, but it’s annoying when you’re expecting something quick.

I started using Eureka mostly because the cashout amount seemed low, and that’s been nice. I did a few surveys and was able to cash out quicker than I expected. Not every survey is a match for me, but I guess that’s kind of normal with these apps. So far, it feels simple and easy to use, and I’m hoping it stays that way.
