"Horrible company"
Absolutely horrible customer service along with there trash vacuums. Something happens they come up with lies and excuses not to replace it. HIRTIBLE COMPANY!

"Exchanges_/missing items"
They want do exchanges and they want send all of your items. I ordered 6 dresses only got 4. Emailed them several times about exchanging 2. They said we suggest you give them to a friend. Never would say anything about my other 2 dresses.

"You get what you pay for?"
Purchased it, put it together, tried it, returned it.

I looked up reviews on amazon and they were good. Only 8% had 1 star and that was mostly for being corded. A few said "no suction" and that's what I found. I didn't try the hand-held vacuum so I can't speak for that but I can say I went over spots and the dirt just didn't come up.
